San Jacinto

Had a craving for home cooked Chinese Food one night and where did we go to?...The Classic of Course! Panciteria San Jacinto, Located along C5 in front of Tiendesitas. Iv'e been eating in Panciteria San Jacinto since i was a kid. Although it was in their branch located along Q.Ave beside Delta Theater. The taste hasn't changed and the food never fails too please my discerning appetite :) . What's Good about San J(thats what i call it now) is that you can order their food in Poquito sizes which means you can order small servings of the different items, Sort of like a Degustacion menu :) You need not worry about the prices since San J is very friendly on the budget. I vouch for anything on the Menu, but be sure to order the Best Lumpiang Shanghai in Manila ...

Charlie's

If you haven't heard about Charlie's yet, then you have to crawl out of that rock you call home. Charlies is THE place if you have a craving for American Comfort food thats affordable on the pocket yet priceless in taste. Commonly heard from Lisa "can i order the Angus Burger, a dozen Chicken wings(to die for), a pulled pork sandwich and an order of the fish and chips ... tapos pakikuha yung order ni roldan" hahahahahaha

MUST TRY:

All their Burger variants
Chicken Wings
Fish and Chips
Pulled Pork Sandwich

Healthy shabu-shabu

Before hitting the gym! haha!

Pancake House Is a familiar place for all of us, it reminds us of a time when we were kids and we longed for the Pan Chicken and the Spaghetti. Lisa and I were going to the gym one day when we felt hungry and decided to have a small snack before working out...

And the small snack became a feast !!! Jumbo House Burger with Fries(side order of gravy for the fries), Pancake House Spaghetti, 2 Orders of Tacos(which we mashed and turned into a salad), and an order of the 2 piece Pan Chicken with rice. We obviously didn't order desssert anymore since we didn't want to be too full since we were on our way to the GYM :)

HONG KONG - Jade Palace And Tasty

We went on a trip to HK last January and we got engaged :) !!!!! and we celebrated it the only way we knew how by eating enormous amounts of food.

If you find yourself at the IFC mall in Central HK, look for the Tasty Noodle Shop its located on the topmost floor, fronting the driveway. Their Beef Noodle Soup is a must try.

And, we all know that girls love going to Canton Road because all the designer shops are there. Fear Not men, at the last building on Canton Road before getting to the Ferry Terminal There is a restaurant on the 3rd Floor called Jade Palace. Head on up and order all the Dim Sum you want then order Sum more :)

Gaudi

If you go to Serendra and are hungry ... head asap to Gaudi's and order the Chuleton Steak
There is nothing like the smell and taste of Grilled Beef and The Crunchy Juicy texture of toasted grilled beef fat :)

Make sure to tell the waiter to cut the beef fat and have it toasted inside the kitchen as you wont get the proper crispiness on the stone plate :)

Causeway

If you have to eat DimSum when your in the Libis area, Causeway is your best choice. They have a good selection of ala carte cantonese food and a full dimsum cart. Needless to say the taste of their food is great, as evidenced by the amount of food we ordered as shown in the pictures. Causeway is a great late night snack place too as the prices of select dimsum drop to just Php50.00 after 10pm i think :)

We always order the:

Asado SioPao
Hakao
Steamed Fish Fillet with Garlic
Steamed Beancurd Roll
Beef Brisket Noodle Soup
Beef Hofan
Yang Chow Fried Rice

Dayrit's

Classic place to have a plateful of Roastbeef with Gravy w/ Baked Potato on the Side
Order it with the Hawaiian Rice...

Just one of those days when we had a craving for Meat ... I think if Lisa and I were Animals i would be a lion and she would be a tigress. Nothing satisfies us more than eating, and when we eat, we eat a lot.
